The cultural-educational center is located in Vogošća. The characteristic shape of the plot, the proximity of other buildings and the required program conditioned the shape of the building. The building is above the ground floor divided into two segments, which are connected to the communication core. Between the segments is an open space and  inner garden, and different levels are connected by external fire escape.
