The hotel is located on Trebević mountain. It is surrounded by pine trees and situated on an exceptionally steep terrain. The first three floors are incorporated in the ground and opened on one side. These floors also serve as stone flooring for volume, in which rooms and apartments of the hotel are located.

At the top the volume is notched, and in that part is formed a terrace with a cafe.
